Every year the Federal Government releases a numerical chart of what income based on your household size would be considered at the Federal Poverty Limit.

In order to qualify for the Health Insurance Premium Tax Credit a family must make less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Limit.

Below is a chart based on a family of 1 to 6 members, showing what 400% of the Federal Poverty Limit would look like.
